"International Leadership Institute on Accomplishment & Accountability"

Upon successful Accomplishment of Core Values, Trainees receive an "Achievement Certification” that confirms compliance with Accomplishments of Competency-Based Objectives (C-B-O's) that include Personal Development and Leadership Initiatives that validates Accountability.


As Accountability and Accomplishment serve as the cornerstone for the mission of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers ("21st CCLC" ~ International Leadership Institute).   


Trainees that qualify earn two (2) College Credit Hours upon successful completion of this 4 part In-Service Education International Leadership Institute.

The University College 21st CCLC are featured within the University College located in communities throughout the metroplex, and are supported by experts that serve as Proctors, Facilitators, Professors, Mentors and Leaders.   


These experts impart a composite of "Core Values" that include Achievements in personal development deemed essential to ensure continuity in the Accomplishment of basic professional development skills; ethics, and values required of all program participants.


Importantly, the knowledge experts impart, ensures the consolidation and continuity of basic personal principles and values with professional ethics that are important to the community served.  


Thereby, enabling participants with skill sets that present a solid foundation of entry level job skills designed to empower participators with tools for the pursuit of a career in a chosen profession.


Significantly, should the Trainee desire,  access is provided, and Trainees have the capacity to pursue higher education opportunities in a Pre-Apprenticeship environment.

Our experts personify the UC - 21st CCLC special attributes that combines Excellence, Conscientiousness with Love, Humanism, the Well-Being for our Loved-Ones, and fellow mankind.

Participants enrolled as Trainees that demonstrate the successful completion of "Core Values" form a dynamic community of citizens.  As such, Trainees are extended opportunities that increases the quality of one's life while positively contributing services in the community they reside, as well as individuals, our Nation and organizations worldwide.

As the greatest gifts USA - UC - 21st CCLC provides is the opportunity to access a quality learning experience through bringing our most authentic selves to the world.  The Core Value Initiative is a year long; 12 - month, 4 - part training program, and the UC - 21st CCLC focus is to support participants enrolled/assigned to remove any barriers that could impede their ability to become gainfully employed.  


Since 1982, the USA - UC 21st CCLC initially offered our intensive 12 - month Training Program to motivated individuals across the state of Michigan.  Starting with 7 distinctive professional career programs featured in a 6 - month academic program offered within Allied Health Learning Centers throughout metropolitan Detroit Michigan.


In alliance with renowned Institutions of Higher Education including Meharry College, Georgetown University, MSU, just to name a few.  The Allied Health Learning Centers have been expanded as University College Centers featuring 15 academic programs located in cities throughout the state of Michigan, with plans to operate in urban and rural communities  throughout the Nation; operating in Washington DC, Mississippi, Georgia, Chicago, and New York, as well as individual programs in Haiti, Nigeria, and Ghana.

The USA - UC 21st CCLC program offering is an accredited Training Program  that is aligned with Core-Outcome-Based Competencies.  Importantly, Professional Program Accreditation issued by  National Accreditation Agencies that are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.


Significantly,  the USA - UC 21st CCLC’s affiliated Institutions on Higher Education have Institutional Accreditation.

The 21st Century Community Learning Center ~ An Early College Program

The University St. Augustine’s - University College will prepare citizens of metropolitan Detroit for professional careers that are in demand.  In alliance with renowned accredited Legacy Institutions of Higher Education.

Using state of the art integrated technologies, clinical internships, and a workforce development plan in alliance with distinguished and influential corporate partners. 

The USA - University College 21st Century Community Centers provide students enrolled, registered and attending high school the opportunity to acquire dual credentials within a five-year period.  Students successfully complete high school and earn a Diploma, while earning college credits towards an Associate of Science Degree, and receive certification in a professional career program of study in allied health, advanced manufacturing technology, building construction engineering, and a host of other professions.

Financial aid is available for students that qualify.  The program offerings begins in the eighth grade.

Graduates receive their high school diploma from the Regional Public School System that has an alliance in partnership with the University St. Augustine’s - University College.

The students that have successfully completed requirements for college credits for specific professional career programs of study earn an Associate of Science Degree issued by the Legacy Institution of Higher Education that enjoys a partnership with the University St. Augustine’s - University College.

Students eligible, may become certified in the profession in which they have successfully achieved outcome objectives through the appropriate regulatory body following passage of the certifying exam. Including LPN, RN, Building Construction, Hospitality Management, PGA Gulf, Heritage Legacy Management, Energy Efficiency Technology, Resource School Officer, AI, Robotics, Areospace Engineering, and many other professional careers.

                         Seniors  Community Service Employment Program


The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a community service and work-based job training program for older Americans.​


In the capacity as Host Agency, affiliated partners in Corporate America representing various industries including areospace engineering, home healthcare servces, hospitality, healthcare, culunary arts, retail, entertainment, heritage legacy services, and government provide eligible Trainees 55 years of age and older an opportunity to obtain on-the-job training.  


In the first year, SCSEP Trainees receive scheduled "In-Service-Education" that feature a 4-part series of Core Values in a Personal Development course sponsored by the International Leadership Institute.


The training environment is conducive for on-the-job-training. Upon successful completion of each component of Core Values, Certification is issued to confirm Achievement to demonstrate program Accountability.


There is no limit to what SCSEP Trainees can achieve, empowered with the experience of valuing him/herself and of making a profound difference in their own lives and their way of being as a human being, and as a leader and importantly in the environment of the  workforce pursued.

The USA - UC proudly support participation of eligible Trainees in the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), a national employment and training program funded by the U.S. Department of Labor
